Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory operations across both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, ensuring smooth supply chain operations, and minimizing stock discrepancies. This role involves working closely with Fynd OMS , WareIQ (WMS) , Genesis POS , TechMonk , and other inventory management systems to ensure seamless inventory tracking and replenishment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Planning & Control: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels . Monitor inventory across warehouses, retail stores, and online channels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Work with suppliers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners to manage lead times and reorder points. 2. Warehouse & Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee inventory flow between Fynd OMS , WareIQ WMS , Genesis POS , and TechMonk . Ensure real-time inventory syncing across D2C website (Shopify), marketplaces, and retail stores . Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for stock transfers and replenishments . 3. Stock Auditing & Reconciliation: Conduct regular inventory audits to identify variances and discrepancies. Implement cycle counting and stock reconciliation processes to maintain accuracy. Minimize losses due to shrinkage, damages, and mismanagement. 4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize inventory analytics to track product performance, turnover rates, and demand forecasting. Generate reports on stock movements, aging inventory, and replenishment needs . Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize inventory-related costs. 5. Process Automation & System Optimization: Ensure proper integration and automation between Fynd OMS , WMS , POS , and ERP systems . Identify and implement process improvements for efficient inventory tracking. Work with tech teams to optimize inventory flow across channels. 6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with merchandising, sales, and procurement teams to align inventory with demand trends. Work with vendors and 3PL partners to ensure timely stock replenishment. Train store staff and warehouse teams on best practices for inventory handling. Key Skills & Requirements: Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Inventory Management Systems (IMS) , WMS , and OMS . Experience with Fynd OMS , WareIQ WMS , Genesis POS , TechMonk , Shopify , and ERP systems (preferred). Proficiency in Excel, Power BI , and inventory forecasting tools . Understanding of barcoding , SKU management , and stock reconciliation . Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and vendors. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to inventory challenges. Education & Experience: Bachelors/Masters degree in Supply Chain Management , Logistics , Business , or a related field. 5+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel businesses.
