Were Hiring: Inventory Head – EV 2 Wheeler Division

Company:

Key Responsibilities

Oversee complete inventory management for raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Implement inventory control systems to avoid shortages and excess stock.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Track daily stock movement, GRN, issue slips, and dispatch records.
Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper warehousing practices, FIFO/FEFO, and safety protocols.
Optimize storage space and improve inventory handling efficiency.
Prepare MIS reports and present inventory performance to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in Inventory Management (preferably in EV/Automotive/Manufacturing).
Strong knowledge of ERP/Inventory software and MS Excel.
Good communication, analytical, and team-handling skills.
Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure and fast-paced operations.
