Job Description

Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely updates in SAP ERP. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to prevent discrepancies. Track and monitor inventory movement across warehouses and production units. Implement best practices to optimize inventory turnover and minimize excess or obsolete stock. SAP & System Management: Ensure real-time stock updates in SAP for production, sales, and procurement teams. Generate inventory reports, including stock aging, slow-moving items, and consumption trends. Troubleshoot SAP-related inventory issues and coordinate with IT/SAP support for resolution. Coordination & Compliance: Work closely with purchase, warehouse, production, and sales teams to align inventory needs with business operations. Ensure compliance with inventory policies, safety norms, and company guidelines. Assist in vendor coordination for timely material availability and stock replenishment. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review. Identify stock discrepancies and investigate root causes to suggest corrective actions. Support forecasting and demand planning by analyzing historical data and trends. Key Qualifications Education: Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or related field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in inventory management within a manufacturing setup. Hands-on experience with SAP ERP is mandatory. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SAP (MM module preferred) and MS Excel for data analysis. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Effective communication and coordination skills to work across teams. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
