Samshék Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Executive to manage store operations and raw material inventory, including fabrics, trims, accessories, and packaging materials.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1-Maintain accurate stock records for fabrics, trims, threads, buttons, labels, and accessories.

2-Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and ensure proper tagging & storage.

3-Issue materials to production and update stock entries in real time.

4-Perform daily/weekly/monthly physical stock audits and reconcile with the system.

5-Manage inward/outward entries on Zoho Inventory/Zoho Books.

6-Follow FIFO for material issuance.

7-Coordinate with Production, Procurement & QC for smooth material flow.

8-Prepare inventory reports and maintain Excel-based registers.

🔹 Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in garment export house inventory or store handling.

- Strong knowledge of garment raw materials.

- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Zoho Inventory/Zoho Books.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Good communication and coordination abilities.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/Graduate in Textile Technology, Garment Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.

- Knowledge of export documentation & dispatch management is a plus.
