Job Description

An Inventory Control Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a company's inventory operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintaining the stock without any variance by conducting perpetual inventory system. • Should have strong knowledge in SAP MM and worked on transition or implementation or migration of books from one software to SAP. • Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of materials to the line. • Oversee the storage layout to optimize space and improve efficiency. • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to prevent shortages or overstock situations. • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts. • Manage and update inventory records in SAP. • Lead and mentor a team of store personnel. • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as necessary. • Execute and oversee SAP transactions related to material management. • Ensure accurate data entry and report generation in SAP. • Oversee store keeping and store operations to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of materials. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to GRN (Goods Received Note), Inventory Management System, Store Management System. Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize storage capacity to ensure efficient warehousing operations. • Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements. • Responsible day to day operations of the stores • Ensure First in f'irst out (FIFO) process is followed • Conduct and verify the accuracy of monthly physical inventories and valuations thereof in accordance with costing policy and procedures • Implement processes to ensure store safety, ambience, cleanliness and Facilities • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, dispatch, store keeping, store operations, stock audit, inventory control systems. DESIRED CANDIDATE • Qualification: Degree Preferably Diploma or BE (Mechanical, Electrical) • Experience: Min 10-1S years • Strong Knowledge in SAP (MM) • Good communication skills • Good command of computer operations • Strong knowledge in Excel • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new things
