Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an Human Resources | Training Executive Interviewer | Recruiter | Employee Relations professional. The role involves conducting interviews, recruiting new talent, managing employee relations, and developing training programs. Day-to-day tasks include identifying training needs, coaching employees, facilitating communication within the organization, and implementing HR policies. Key Responsibilities : Recruitment & Interviewing : Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create job descriptions. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across departments. Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer and on boarding. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit for the company. Employee Relations (ER) : Act as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on workplace issues. Manage and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a professional and timely manner. Promote positive employee relations by fostering a supportive work environment. Support the HR team with investigations, as necessary, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
