Effective collaboration with candidates, interviewers, recruiters and other key stakeholders. Ability to think analytically, read data, and propose improvements. Schedule remote and/or face-to-face panel interviews to grow our vibrant community. Maintain data hygiene and use relevant systems to reduce manual efforts where applicable. Coordinate Interviewer Readiness training program that empowers to become great interviewers. Collaborate with recruiters to ensure optimal prioritization of candidates pipeline. Ownership of a great candidate experience through proactive and consistent communication during the recruiting process. Play an active role in achieving diversity hiring goals by curating diverse interview panels that provide inclusive interview experiences for candidates. Supporting data collection, analysis and its communication, including the distribution of relevant insights to its internal stakeholders within recruitment. Managing all offer management aspects such as offer creation, onboarding and payroll process for referral hires. ATS Maintenance: You will ensure the ATS is kept up-to-date properly through routine review of our data
