Key Responsibilities Design Execution: Produce engaging visual content for various platforms, including social media (posts, ads), websites, email campaigns, and print materials (flyers, brochures). Assist in the creation of basic brand assets such as icons, simple infographics, and presentation templates. Prepare and finalize artwork for both digital and print production, ensuring technical specifications are met. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Marketing, Content, or other relevant teams to understand project requirements and deliver on design briefs. Incorporate feedback from supervisors and stakeholders to refine and iterate on designs. Maintain organized design files and adhere to established file naming conventions. Brand Adherence: Ensure all visual assets are consistent with the company's brand guidelines, style, and tone. Apply fundamental design principles, including effective use of typography, color theory, and composition. Learning & Development: Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in the industry.
