Key Responsibilities ​Design Execution: ​Produce engaging visual content for various platforms, including social media (posts, ads), websites, email campaigns, and print materials (flyers, brochures). ​Assist in the creation of basic brand assets such as icons, simple infographics, and presentation templates. ​Prepare and finalize artwork for both digital and print production, ensuring technical specifications are met. ​Collaboration & Communication: ​Work closely with the Marketing, Content, or other relevant teams to understand project requirements and deliver on design briefs. ​Incorporate feedback from supervisors and stakeholders to refine and iterate on designs. ​Maintain organized design files and adhere to established file naming conventions. ​Brand Adherence: ​Ensure all visual assets are consistent with the company's brand guidelines, style, and tone. ​Apply fundamental design principles, including effective use of typography, color theory, and composition. ​Learning & Development: ​Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in the industry.
