The internship aims to provide hands-on learning in multiple professional domains such as: Customer Support Cloud Services & Cloud Server Management Cloud Support & Software Support GST Law, Compliance & Practical Filing Sales & Business Development Marketing & Technical Support This program is ideal for fresh graduates seeking practical exposure, professional skill development, and industry experience with real-time projects.   Key Responsibilities Depending on the training domain allotted, interns will be involved in:   1. Customer Support ·      Handling customer queries via call, email, and ticketing tools ·      Providing product knowledge and resolving basic issues   2. Cloud Services & Cloud ·      Server Management Assisting in cloud monitoring activities Learning server configuration, backup, and performance checks Supporting clients during cloud setup and troubleshooting   3. Software Support ·      Helping users with product usage Testing features and reporting issues Coordinating with technical teams   4. GST Law & Compliance Support ·      Assisting in GST return preparation Working on data reconciliation Supporting compliance and documentation activities   5. Sales & Marketing ·      Lead generation and client communication Preparing presentations and proposals Digital marketing support (content, analytics, CRM updates)   6. Technical Support ·      Analysing reported issues and assisting in resolving them Providing remote support Preparing technical documentation and FAQs   Who Can Apply ·      Graduates from Kanpur or nearby areas Commerce, Science, Technology, Administration and similar backgrounds Basic computer knowledge required Good communication skills Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies Ability to work for 12 months internship period   Training & Growth Opportunities During the internship, candidates will receive structured training, including: Domain-specific training Live project exposure Mentorship by experienced professionals   Completion & Future Employment ·      At the end of the training, interns will be awarded an Internship Completion Certificate.
