Role & responsibilities 1.Customer Interaction: Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Sales Support: Promoting telecom products and services to potential customers. Data Management: Recording customer interactions and updating databases with accurate information. Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback from customers about their experiences with the company's services. Team Collaboration: Working closely with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes. Training and Development: Participating in training sessions to improve your knowledge of telecom products, services, and customer service techniques. Reporting: Preparing reports on customer interactions, sales performance, and other relevant metrics. Compliance: Ensuring that all telecalling activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Preferred candidate profile: 1. Any Graduation 2. Good communication skills 3. Advance Excel 4. Good Technical skills
