Job Description

As a Software Engineering Intern at Venwiz, youll work directly with our engineering team on developing and enhancing solutions at the intersection of procurement and artificial intelligence. This hands-on role offers valuable experience with real-world business problems while providing mentorship and growth opportunities in a collaborative environment. ## Responsibilities Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and maintain software applications Assist in building and improving features for our procurement platform Contribute to backend development using Python or Node.js Work with MongoDB databases to store and retrieve data efficiently Participate in code reviews and technical discussions Help troubleshoot and resolve software issues Document code and development processes ## Required Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Experience with either Python or Node.js programming Basic knowledge of MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking Excellent communication and teamwork skills Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment ## Preferred Qualifications Experience with some web development frameworks (Django, Flask, Express.js, etc.) Familiarity with version control systems (Git) Understanding of RESTful APIs Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Interest in AI/ML technologies
