Internship For Voice Process

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Voice Process Interns . This internship will provide hands-on experience in handling voice-based customer interactions and help build strong communication and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers with their queries or concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments. Follow communication scripts and company guidelines. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet assigned targets and KPIs (where applicable).
