Description We are seeking an International Voice/Chat Professional to join our dynamic team in India. This role involves engaging with customers through voice and chat channels to provide outstanding service and resolve inquiries. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities Handle international voice and chat communication with customers. Provide exceptional customer service and support via voice and chat channels. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency. Participate in training sessions and provide feedback for process improvements. Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using chat tools.
