Offer short- and long-term solutions aligned with the customers business goals. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through rational and neutral communication. Handle objections and ensure productive conversations to drive results. Analyze data and customer behavior to adjust the sales pitch as needed. Leverage existing relationships to generate new business opportunities. Execute strategic plans to grow revenue using client tools and processes. Maintain subject matter expertise in clients' marketing solutions and translate their goals into actionable strategies. Provide updates on sales pipeline and forecasts. Be proactive in solving problems and adapting to new initiatives and responsibilities. Experience with dialers for outbound calls in an international voice environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Customer-centric approach with strong objection-handling skills and stakeholder management Qualifications: Intermediate or Graduate or Postgraduate (any field). 0-5 years of overall experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides). Flexibility with rostered days off and shift timings.
