Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound/inbound calls with international customers. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions. Meet and exceed performance metrics. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Work collaboratively with team members and managers to achieve business goals. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to improve. Requirements: Minimum 0-3 years of experience in international voice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Experience in using CRM software and sales tools is a plus. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Preferred Qualifications: Any graduate or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in BPO, telemarketing, or customer service. Knowledge of international processes and customer handling.
