Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication. Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services based on customer needs. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in CCE (Customer Contact Excellence) environment preferred but not mandatory. Fluent English language skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong understanding of domestic BPO processes, including blended operations and voice processing techniques.
