Requirements 1 to 3 years of experience in an international voice process role, preferably with Information Evolution India Pvt. Ltd. or a similar company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to manage and resolve customer complaints effectively. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management software. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
