International Voice Process

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Provide accurate and timely information, assistance, and resolution to customer queries.
Understand customer concerns and proactively offer appropriate solutions.
Maintain call quality standards, professionalism, and service levels.
Document customer interactions and update internal databases.
Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with team leaders and support teams to resolve complex issues.
Achieve performance targets including call handling, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics.
