  • Interact with customers from the UK, US, and Australia, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer queries and concerns.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Fluent English communication skills (mandatory).
  • Graduate/Undergraduate freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
  • Willingness to work in UK, US, Rotational, or Australian shifts.
  • Ability to work with rotational offs or fixed Sat/Sun offs (as applicable).
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
