About the Role
We are hiring highly motivated individuals for our International Voice Process BFSI sector in Gurgaon. The role involves handling inbound customer calls related to banking, financial services, or insurance, providing accurate information, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls from international BFSI clients.
Provide accurate resolutions and maintain compliance with BFSI process guidelines.
Assist customers with account-related, service-related, or policy-related queries.
Maintain high accuracy in documenting customer interactions.
Follow data security, compliance standards, and quality parameters.
Escalate complex cases appropriately.
Meet process KPIs, service levels, and quality metrics.
Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Quick learner with a professional and customer-centric approach.
Prior BFSI voice experience is a plus (not mandatory for freshers).
Eligibility
12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Experienced candidates in international voice or BFSI domain preferred.
