We are urgently seeking motivated and skilled candidates for the position of International Voice Process Executive to support our US Healthcare projects. As part of iMerit, a global leader in AI-driven healthcare data services, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, communicate effectively with US customers, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality data enrichment services that power cutting-edge healthcare AI technologies. The role requires strong English communication skills, US accent understanding, and the ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description

• Handle US healthcare client voice calls (inbound/outbound)
• Understand and communicate effectively with US-accented customers
• Manage multiple tasks and maintain high productivity with minimal supervision
• Work flexible shifts including nights as per business needs
• Handle pressure situations professionally and maintain service quality
• Collaborate with team members to meet targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in international BPO, preferably voice process
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, listening, and writing)
• Good understanding of the US accent
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Flexibility to work in night shifts
• Learning attitude with readiness to handle pressure.
