International Voice process Executive

You will be part of a dynamic team at HCL working in an international voice process for a prestigious banking organization. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls with a primary focus on providing assistance and support to clients. It is noteworthy that there is no involvement in sales, upselling, or cross-selling activities. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess 1 to 6 years of experience in voice processes. The job requires you to work in rotational shifts with rotational offs, and it is essential for candidates to reside within a 35 km radius of the office location at HCLTech in Noida Sector 144. Your key responsibilities will include promptly responding to client inquiries through voice and written communication channels, addressing queries related to products, services, data, and client accounts, and managing multiple client interactions simultaneously. You will be expected to utilize workflow tools efficiently to organize your workload, contribute to team targets, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory for this role, along with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask effectively. A minimum educational qualification of 12th grade is required. Additionally, you should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
