International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
  • Resolve queries related to products, services, billing, and technical support.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Record call details accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Meet performance targets in terms of call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
  • Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: HSC / Graduate / Undergraduate
  • 06 Months- 4 years of Experience
  • Must be willing to work in night shifts.
