Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.

Maintain call quality, customer satisfaction, and timely follow-ups.
Record and update customer information as per process guidelines.

Who We're Looking For

1 to 3 years of experience in international voice process.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
Ready to work in night/rotational shifts.
