Hiring: International Technical Support (Voice)
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift
Transport: Two-way cab facility (within 35 KM)
Working Days: 5 days/week (Saturday & Sunday off)
Joining: Immediate joiners only
Compensation
Freshers: 3 LPA | 20,000 take-home
12+ months experience: 3.5 LPA | 24,000 take-home
International Sales Experience: 4 LPA | 27,000 take-home
Eligibility
Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience:
Minimum 1+ year in International Technical Support (Voice)
Freshers considered (gap up to 2 years max)
Role & Responsibilities
Provide real-time technical support for hardware & software
(e.g., printer configuration & troubleshooting)
Handle inbound international voice calls
Perform upselling & cross-selling during support calls
Deliver excellent customer experience with strong problem-solving skills
Skill Requirements
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong technical troubleshooting experience
Proven exposure to upselling / cross-selling
Not Eligible If:
Career gap more than 1 year (Freshers: max 2 years)
