Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving queries promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain call quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
  • Update and track customer interactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals, KPIs, and customer

satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred for quicker onboarding.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
