Role & responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to international customers by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Resolve customer queries via phone, chat, or email while ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to higher support levels and document all interactions accurately.
Adhere to company policies, data security standards, and performance metrics (SLA, quality, and attendance).

Preferred candidate profile:

Education:
Both Graduates and Undergraduates are Eligible
Experience
: Both Freshers and Experience can apply
Willing to work in night shifts
Immediate Joiners
Skills
: Excellent communication in English is Mandatory

Additional Information:

Salary

For Freshers: Up to 3 LPA

For Experienced: Up to 4 LPA (Depends on their previous package)

Transportation

5 day working, 2 days week off (Rotational)
