Job Description: International Travel Sales Trainee Position: International Travel Sales Trainee Location: Kolkata Salary: During Training Period (3 months): ₹10,000 per month After Training Period: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on performance) Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated International Travel Sales Trainee to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will go through a 3-month training period, where they will gain hands-on experience in international travel sales, customer service, and market knowledge. Post-training, there will be an opportunity for permanent placement with a competitive salary package based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in promoting and selling international travel packages to customers. Understand and analyze customer requirements, offering tailored travel solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and existing customers. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and achieving targets. Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
