Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Specialist based in Kolkata. The International Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales of international travel packages. Tasks include preparing customized itineraries, providing exceptional service, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams. The role also requires staying updated on travel industry trends and customer preferences to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in client relationship management
• In-depth knowledge of South East Asian destinations, especially Thailand and Vietnam, and Middle Eastern destinations like Dubai.
• Experience in package customization and itinerary planning for international tours.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets
• Passion for travel and tourism, with a customer-focused mindset
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
