Position Overview

The Manager - Global Engagements will lead Firebird’s international admissions and student recruitment initiatives.
This strategic team - Lead role demands a professional with proven expertise in school outreach, education marketing, and team management, capable of steering admissions targets for global programs.

The Admission Managerwill act as the captain—building strategies, mentoring teams, driving conversions, and strengthening Firebird’s presence among schools, counsellors, and international education networks.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and monitor Team Leaders, Marketing Executives, and Telecallers managing the pathway admissions function.
• Set clear performance goals, track outcomes, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual admission targets.
• Conduct training and motivation sessions to strengthen counselling and lead conversion skills.
• Ensure effective coordination between marketing, digital, and academic teams for smooth applicant handling.

International Admissions & Strategy

• Design and execute the annual admissions and outreach strategy for International Pathway Programs.
• Build and sustain partnerships with CBSE, ISC, and IB schools, educational counselors
• Conduct presentations, webinars, school visits, and parent sessions to promote Firebird’s international offerings.
• Oversee the end-to-end admission funnel — from inquiry, counselling, and follow-up to confirmed enrolment.
• Develop strong student engagement programs such as campus tours, info sessions, and global education fairs.

Marketing & Data Management

• Work with the digital marketing team to align campaigns with lead-generation goals.
• Manage dashboards and CRM platforms to monitor leads, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
• Analyze campaign ROI and provide data-driven recommendations for improved recruitment outcomes.
• Ensure all communication and marketing materials reflect Firebird’s global brand positioning.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Collaborate with international partners, academic teams, and digital agencies to ensure alignment in admissions messaging.
• Submit regular reports on lead performance, conversion rates, and intake outcomes.
• Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and new school engagement opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Postgraduate Degree / MBA (Marketing or related specialization) is mandatory.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in admissions, education marketing, or student recruitment for international Pathways Program.
• Proven expertise in school outreach (CBSE, ISC, IB), international student recruitment, and lead management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, dashboards, and CRM/ERP tools.
• Tech-savvy, analytical, and target-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
• Multilingual ability preferred (English, Tamil, Hindi).
