At Sohii, we partner with leading global baby brands to bring premium, thoughtful products to Indian parents. We are looking for a dynamic and business-savvy professional who can manage relationships with existing international brand partners and on-board new ones. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of global market trends, sharp negotiation skills, and the ability to handle sourcing, pricing, shipping, and brand alignment for the Indian market.

What You’ll Do

• Brand Partner Coordination: Handle day-to-day communication with global partners, gather pricing/product info, and ensure timely responses.
• Product Data & Market Fit Support: Collect product specs, pricing, and catalogue details; support internal teams with product selection and cost mapping.
• Pricing & Commercial Prep: Maintain price sheets, prepare pre-negotiation files, and document final terms shared by senior management.
• Purchase & Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels, update reorder requirements, maintain PO trackers, and follow up on production timelines.
• Import & Shipment Coordination: Coordinate with logistics/CHA teams on required documents, shipment updates, and clearance status.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain well-organised folders for contracts, POs, shipment docs, certifications, and updated pricing versions.
• New Brand Research: Identify potential new brands, collect initial details (MOQ, price lists, product lines), and prepare first-level briefs.
• Cross-Functional Support: Share updated info with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, and Operations for launch planning and demand forecasting.
• Reporting: Maintain sourcing trackers and submit weekly updates on all live orders, communications, and brand activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of International Sourcing (preferably Babycare, Lifestyle and Wellness).
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
• Strong communication skills with comfort in international email etiquette
• Good with data, spreadsheets, and follow-ups
• Able to multitask across brand partners and deadlines
• Prior experience in sourcing, imports, or coordination preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
