Job Summary: The Receptionist cum Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors, students, and clients. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, greeting guests, providing information, and ensuring smooth administrative coordination. --- Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional attitude. Handle all incoming calls, inquiries, and messages promptly and courteously. Maintain visitor and student attendance records and manage front desk registers. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for management or staff. Provide accurate information about institute courses, events, and facilities to walk-ins and callers. Manage courier and postal services (inward and outward). Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Assist the admin department with basic clerical and administrative support. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Support day-to-day operations such as student document collection, ID distribution, and inquiries.
