Shift Timings: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive / Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team at Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or counselling roles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions. Key Responsibilities: Contact prospective customers through inbound leads via calls (Leads will be provided). Proactively make outbound calls to convert leads into sales. Explain our services clearly and effectively to convert leads into enrolled clients. Understand customer needs and provide effective online product/service demonstrations. Use in-depth product knowledge to highlight how our offerings meet client requirements. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas . Maintain accurate records of prospects and client interactions in CRM software. Report weekly progress, sales metrics, and objectives to the Manager. Follow up with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction. Participate in regular training to stay updated on new products and services. Candidate Requirements: Experience: 1–3 years in Outbound Sales or Admission Counselling . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills . Strong listening abilities , soft-spoken with a confident demeanor. Quick at problem-solving and decision-making . Highly adaptable, accountable, and a strong team player.
