International Sales Specialist

Location: Coimbatore (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time | Rotational Night Shifts

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Business Development Executive with exceptional communication skills and a strong passion for international sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international customer inquiries via voice calls, emails, and live chat
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing information, and seamless order placement
• Prepare quotations and support custom design requests based on client requirements
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate artwork development and timely client approval
• Coordinate end-to-end order execution including documentation, production, and logistics updates
• Maintain updated customer records, sales pipeline tracking, and scheduled follow-ups in Zoho CRM
• Ensure timely communication and high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Mandatory Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written)
• Prior sales experience is must
• Ability to work rotational night shifts to support global clients
• Quick learner with strong product understanding and customer service mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduation in Fashion Designing, Commerce, Business, or related fields
• Experience in photography, printing, fashion, or creative industries
• Foreign language proficiency is a plus
