About the Role: We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your main responsibility will be to identify, attract, and onboard top talent across departments, particularly in Sales and Customer Service. You will also play a key role in supporting recruitment strategy and delivering a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: ~Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. ~Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. ~Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals. ~Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds. ~Draft offer letters and assist in onboarding formalities. ~Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates. ~Contribute to employer branding initiatives and create engaging job advertisements.
