Job Description

Job Title: International Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai

Department: International Sales & Marketing

Role Overview

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field (MBA preferred).
5-8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in exhibitions, trade fairs, events, or B2B international sales.
Strong understanding of global trade and export dynamics.
Established network within Indian industry bodies and associations is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and account management capabilities.
High degree of self-motivation, result orientation, and ability to work independently.
Cross-cultural awareness and international business etiquette.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience preferred.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
