Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand Havells presence in US markets, with a focus on regions aligned with US time zones. 2. Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients to maximize revenue opportunities and market penetration. 3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and strengthen market position. 4. Lead the negotiation and closing of business agreements, contracts, and partnerships to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable growth. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development strategies with company objectives and US-based operations. 6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in international markets. 7. Represent Havells at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. 8. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, market trends, and performance metrics to senior management. 9. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics affecting international business operations. 10. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in international markets and adhere to company policies and procedures. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field; Bachelors or Master in Electrical field will be Preferred. - Proven experience in international business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the technology sector. - Strong understanding of international markets, business practices, and cultural nuances, with a focus on regions aligned with US time zones. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building successful business relationships. - Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable business plans. - Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment, with flexibility to accommodate US time zones. - Willingness to travel internationally as needed to meet business objectives. * Experience in US market is mandatory* Timings- 5:00pm to 2:00am.
