As an International Sales Executive / NRI at our Gurugram Sector 44 location, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales through inbound and outbound calls. Your primary tasks will include promoting and selling insurance products to potential clients, meeting and surpassing sales targets, and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process will be crucial to your success. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, demonstrate proficiency in meeting sales targets and addressing objections, exhibit persuasive and negotiation abilities, and be capable of handling high call volumes while working effectively under pressure. The interview process for this position will involve a Telephonic interview as the first round, followed by a final in-office interview in Gurugram.
