Job Title: International Holiday Package Sales (Travel Sales)

Job Description
We are hiring an experienced International Holiday Package Sales Executive/Manager responsible for selling global travel packages, handling customer enquiries, and driving sales revenue. The role requires strong destination knowledge, B2C/B2B sales skills, and hands-on experience with international travel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue
Sell international holiday packages (Asia, Europe, Middle East, USA, Australia, etc.).
Understand customer needs and create customized itineraries and quotations.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings by offering competitive and attractive package options.
Achieve monthly and quarterly international travel sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products like hotels, insurance, sightseeing, transfers, and activities.
Customer Handling
Manage enquiries from walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online leads.
Provide complete details on destination, hotels, itineraries, flights, and visa requirements.
Ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry → booking → documentation → travel.
Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.
Travel Operations
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and suppliers for best rates and availability.
Manage bookings, confirmations, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
Assist customers with visa documentation, travel insurance, and travel guidelines.
Maintain updated Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and pipeline.
Business Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B agents, travel partners, and corporate clients.
Identify new distribution channels and expand the customer base.
Drive repeat business through consistent engagement and post-travel support.
Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and destination marketing.
Compliance & Accuracy
Ensure all bookings are accurate to avoid financial losses.
Follow company processes, policies, and audit guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation, due diligence, and compliance checks.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years experience in International Holiday Package Sales / Travel Sales.
Strong knowledge of destinations, itineraries, visas, airlines, hotels, and DMC coordination.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple bookings and work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in preparing quotations, itineraries, and sales presentations.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
