International Sales Executive (Exports)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage international sales for scientific and laboratory products.
• Identify and convert new customers from overseas markets through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Prepare and share quotations / proforma invoices with clients.
• Handle export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL / AWB, LC, Certificate of Origin, etc.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners for timely shipments.
• Maintain strong communication and follow-up with international buyers regarding orders, dispatch, and payments.
• Maintain customer database, manage inquiries, and prepare sales reports.
• Attend international exhibitions / online meetings whenever required (optional).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in export sales or international business (scientific / laboratory product experience preferred).
• Good knowledge of export documentation & shipping procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Ability to handle overseas clients professionally through calls and email correspondence.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
