We're on the hunt for a International Sales Executive Our company is hiring an International Sales Executive, a role suited for a self-motivated professional with a strong passion for sales and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of contract law, business relations, and the art of selling. While we have a set of preferred qualifications, we are open to considering candidates with sufficient experience and proven talent in international sales, even if they don't meet every requirement. As an International Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our global market presence, building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, and driving sales growth across diverse markets. If you are a driven individual with a knack for closing deals and navigating complex international markets, we encourage you to apply and become part of our dynamic team. Responsibilities What to expect day to day Develop and execute strategies to increase international sales in target markets. Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets. Finding, meeting and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. Responsible for developing a database of qualified leads through telephone canvassing, prospecting, web-based tools and search engines, email, trade show lead generation, and other industry networking events. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, distributor visits and social media. Communicating with clients on email, whatsApp for product marketing. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their requirements. Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients. Assisting/providing awareness to the Surgeons/doctors. Working/coordinating with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth. Track, analyze and report on sales performance Remain up to date on industry trends, competitors, and regulations in international markets. Skills & Qualification Required What you bring to the table Organizational, time management & Excellent Communication skills. Interpersonal, Analytical skills & Technical skills. Convincing & Negotiation, Collaboration & Problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate across cultures.
