What would you be doing here? Events: Attend events and manage the entire event setup and logistics. Marketing: Share pamphlets and marketing material with students and create awareness about the company and product. Lead collection: Collect the contact information of students through different sources. Lead management: End to End lead management on the lead management system provided. Calling & Lead conversion: Pitch subscription plans to leads and achieves revenue targets by calling. Relationship Building: Assist other team members, reporting manager, and the company in jointly achieving revenue targets and running awareness campaigns. Achieve monthly revenue goals. Field Visit : Visit to foreign colleges & areas in India where students prepare for FMGE. What we are looking for? Strong communication, negotiation, and calling skills. Competitive, confident, self-motivated, and driven team player. 6 months - 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Telesales / Educational sales. Can manage events, conferences, and on-ground activation. Ability to take ownership, and work independently and closely with senior stakeholders. Multicultural / can speak multiple languages. (Advantage). Qualification - Any Graduate, MBA will be an added advantage.
