**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As an International Sales Associate in the Debt Settlement department at our Udyog Vihar Phase IV, Gurgaon office, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls to U.S. customers. Your main tasks will include explaining program details, assessing eligibility, maintaining high conversion rates, and ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations and internal quality standards. This role requires you to work night shifts according to the U.S. Time Zone. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle outbound calls to U.S. customers for debt settlement process. - Explain program details, assess eligibility, and generate interest. - Maintain high conversion rates and meet assigned sales targets. - Update CRM accurately after each interaction. - Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and internal quality standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 12th Pass with excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Sales-driven personality with a positive and energetic attitude. - Ability to work night shifts in the U.S. Time Zone. - Immediate joiners will be preferred. - Freshers with telemarketing confidence are welcome! **Additional Company Details:** Transportation: Both Side Cab Provided Working Days: 5 Days a Week Gender: Male & Female Age Limit: Up to 35 Years Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only | 2 Rounds | Same-Day Selection **Salary & Incentives:** Experienced (1+ Years in International Sales/Telemarketing): Up to 45,000/month + Huge & Attractive Incentives Freshers: Up to 30,000/month + Huge & Attractive Incentives Best regards!
