Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Admission Counsellor located in Noida, India. The International Admission Counsellor will assist students with the entire admissions process, including course selection, application guidance, and visa support. They will also provide customer service, facilitate communication, and support students in finding suitable accommodation. Daily tasks include counseling students, maintaining relationships with universities, and ensuring a smooth admissions journey.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Customer Service experience and proficiency in Sales techniques
• Background in Education
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in student counseling or international admissions
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
