Job Description

• Work closely with the Director - International Relations and to develop region focused education co-operation / recruitment strategies for allocated regions.
• Construct the annual schedule and plan individual itineraries for student recruitment activities to deliver on the agreed strategy and targets.
• Undertake international recruitment trips to recruit students and a range of administrative duties usually (not exclusively) assigned to the post.
• Specific region allocation will be considered based on previous experience and existing team expertise.
• Develop promotional plans outside of recruitment events to direct Student recruitment support, Representative engagement, and wider branding with key players (schools, universities and embassies, etc.)
• Marketing strategy and recruitment of international students from a diverse range of countries, across all levels and subjects of study.
• Strategic international partner relationship management, including Business Development opportunities (e.g. articulation agreements, Study Abroad partnerships, scholarship organisations, international education agents).
• Integrated marketing and communication strategy for international students, including seminars, exhibitions and events; student ambassador programme; social/ digital campaigns; content and publications.

Skills Required

• A background in student recruitment, and have experience of working with overseas partners would be highly desirable.
• Previous work in an International office of a University or college
• Ability to develop region focused strategies for allocated regions
• Good negotiating skills combined with tact and diplomacy
• Flexible, adaptable and ability to work in a team
• Internet and computer skills, & digital media platforms
• Knowledge in current international student recruitment trends and willing to travel extensively.

Qualification : A Master Degree in any subject, preferably MBA in Marketing and branding

Experience: Minimum 3-6 years in working with International organizations, Project management and Reporting development of international cooperation strategies.
