WE ARE HIRING! CIVIL ENGINEER Key Responsibilities: Managing and overseeing civil projects, ensuring all activities meet the required standards. Manage and guide teams working on marine projects, bridge, piling foundation and concrete construction projects. Collaborate to plan and schedule construction tasks efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations and quality control throughout project execution. Problem-solving ability. Experience in piling of precast concrete pile, foundation. Review project drawings and plans, ensuring accuracy and feasibility. Perform material takeoffs and manage project registrations. Create work drawings and estimates. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects. communicate effectively with team members, clients and stakeholders. Job Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in managing civil work projects. Graduate Civil Engineer from a reputed Institute. Additional qualification of NICMAR for better construction management. Preferably experienced in piling, foundation and jetty construction. Strong background in planning, overseeing and executing construction projects. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively. Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and project timelines. Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with 3D drawing programs (e.g. SketchUp or similar) Ability to perform material takeoffs and develop accurate project estimates. Experience handling project registrations, tenders and relevant documentation.
