You’ll be responsible for expanding our freight forwarding clientele by identifying leads, closing business, and managing accounts. If you thrive in a performance-driven role and are passionate about international logistics, we want you on our team.

Your Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Drive new B2B sales for international freight (air, ocean, ground)
  • Focus on imports and exports involving North America
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with operations, brokerage, and customs teams to ensure service excellence
  • Quote rates, manage contracts, and provide updates to clients
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

Ideal Qualifications

  • 2+ years in

    freight forwarding sales

    (air, ocean, or multimodal)
  • Strong knowledge of North American trade lanes
  • Background in LCL/FCL, air/ocean freight, or project cargo
  • Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Familiarity with WCA, JC Trans, or NVOCC operations is a

    major plus

  • CRM/Google Workspace/LinkedIn Sales Navigator familiarity
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently

  • 100% commission-based (no base salary)
