Job Description

Job Summary -

 

  • Respond to customer queries and service requests via email and chats. 

  • Understand, diagnose, and resolve customer issues accurately.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

  • Log all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

  • Follow internal guidelines, processes, and compliance policies.

  • Coordinate with internal teams when needed to resolve escalated or complex issues.

  • Maintain daily productivity and quality targets.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, concise, and timely responses.

Required Skills -

  • Excellent written English communication skills.

  • Good comprehension and problem-solving abilities.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing 30+ WPM preferred).

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Willingness to work in international shifts (US/Night).

Eligibility Criteria -

  • Education: 12th Pass and above. 

  • Experience:

    • Fresher or 02 years

    • Experience in BPO/International processes is a plus.

  • Must be open to shift timings and rotational week-offs.

Night Shift - 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM
