Respond to customer queries and service requests via email and chats.
Understand, diagnose, and resolve customer issues accurately.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Log all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Follow internal guidelines, processes, and compliance policies.
Coordinate with internal teams when needed to resolve escalated or complex issues.
Maintain daily productivity and quality targets.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Good comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing 30+ WPM preferred).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to work in international shifts (US/Night).
Education: 12th Pass and above.
Experience:
Experience in BPO/International processes is a plus.
