International Education Counselor

As an International Education Counselor, your role will involve guiding ambitious students through their journey of pursuing higher education in Australia, USA, and UK. You will provide personalized counseling to students, recommend suitable universities and programs, assist in developing application materials, guide through the application process, offer support with visa applications, conduct informative seminars, stay updated with education trends, maintain relationships with partner institutions, and provide post-admission support. Key Responsibilities: - Provide personalized counseling to students based on their academic profile, career aspirations, and budget - Recommend suitable universities, colleges, and programs after thorough analysis - Assist in developing compelling application materials - Guide students through the entire application process and ensure timely submission of documentation - Offer support with visa applications, pre-departure briefings, and travel arrangements - Conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops to educate prospective students - Stay updated with admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and education trends - Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions - Provide post-admission support including accommodation guidance and cultural adaptation advice Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (education, business, or humanities background preferred) - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Ability to work in a target-driven environment - Knowledge of international education systems (preferred) - Previous experience in education counseling or related field (advantageous) In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers a competitive salary package, performance-based incentives, comprehensive training, a growth-oriented work environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students" futures.
