International Customer Support (Voice / Non-Voice/Semi Voice)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound interactions through voice, chat, and email.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues effectively.
• Ensure excellent customer experience with professional and empathetic communication.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Maintain records and update CRM tools as per process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Intermediate / Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline).
• Experience:
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• 1 year of international customer support experience preferred (voice/technical support/Non voice).

Skills Required:

• Excellent spoken & written English.
• Problem-solving and adaptability to rotational shifts.
• Strong interpersonal & customer handling skills.

3.0 LPA - 5.5 LPA
